圖1所示的對(duì)夾式高壓球閥的結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)圖及采用的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，本產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)具有如下特點(diǎn)：
Chart 1 shows the structure diagram and the adopted design structure of the double-clip type high pressure ball valve. The design of this product has the following features:
1. 閥桿密封采用自主專利技術(shù)的(a) 球楔桿肩密封結(jié)構(gòu)、(d)槽墊自密封結(jié)構(gòu)和O型圈密封結(jié)構(gòu)，使其在高壓工況下不泄漏；
1. Valve rod seal adopts the independent patented technologies of (a) ball wedge shoulder pole leak proof structure, (b) slot pad leak proof structure and O-shape circle leak proof structure, which makes it not leak under high pressure.
2. 體蓋連接亦采用自主專利技術(shù)的(b)槽墊自密封結(jié)構(gòu)，即壓力越高，密封性能越好；同時(shí)采用(c)榫槽防火密封結(jié)構(gòu)，有效的保證了其在各種工況下的密封性能，介質(zhì)不外漏；
2. The body cover also adopts independent patented technologies of (b) slot pad leak proof structure, which means if there is higher pressure, there is better sealing property; and (c) mortise fireproofing leak proof structure, which effectively guarantees its sealing property and allows no medium to leak.
3. 邊法蘭采用傳統(tǒng)的(e-1)環(huán)連接結(jié)構(gòu)或(e-2) 槽墊自密封結(jié)構(gòu)（與平面法蘭對(duì)接），實(shí)現(xiàn)與外法蘭的無(wú)縫連接；
3. Side flange adopts traditional (e-1) loop connection structure design or (e-2) slot pad leak proof structure (butt joint with face flange), which realizes seamless connection with outer flange.
4. 對(duì)夾式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)球閥與法蘭連接高壓球（如圖2所示）閥相比，具有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì)：

兩者等比例模型如下圖所示。

對(duì)夾式結(jié)構(gòu)還廣泛的應(yīng)用于各種通徑、壓力的閥門以及特殊要求閥門。如圖所示分別為低壓對(duì)夾式球閥與分體式法蘭球閥，對(duì)夾式球閥同樣具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，安裝維修方便，減輕重量，降低成本等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
Double-clip structure is also widely used in diameter valves, pressure valves and specially required valves. The following is the low pressure double-clip type ball valve and separated type flange ball valve respectively.
